SPENCER PRATT – HEIDI MONTAG
Although they both started their acting careers in 2005, Heidi Montag was arguably more popular than her husband, Spencer Pratt, at the time of their first meeting. The duo eloped to Mexico during “The Hills'” fourth season, a reality TV show they acted in together. They got married there in November 2008.
The couple’s marriage ceremony was, however, held in April 2009 in Pasadena, California. Montag and Pratt share a son, Gunner Stone, and she announced in June 2022 that they’re expecting their second child. The guests of E!’s “After Shock: Heidi & Spencer” have been married for nearly one and a half decades.
