Richard Branson – Joan Templeman
Joan Templeman and Richard Branson had their nuptials in 1989, after initially meeting in 1976. Branson’s autobiography, aptly titled Losing My Virginity, explains that Templeman has been his pillar of strength over the four decades that they’ve spent together.
Branson told Page Six that you have to subtly chase after the one; otherwise, it’s not going to happen. He was referring to the fact that Templeman had been married when they initially met, but they eventually got together, and he made her ”Lady Branson.” On the flipside, Branson warns against over-persistence, and that’s why he launched the Virgin Dating app to help singles meet.
