Chris Christie – Mary Pat Christie
Chris Christie has served as the governor of New Jersey for eight-years, between 2010 and 2018. Despite his high profile, his wife Mary Pat, a former investment banker, keeps their family life as private and normal as possible. The couple got married in 1986 and met while studying at the University of Delaware. They have four children, the last of whom was born in 2003. To keep things normal for the children, Mary decided not to use the governor’s mansion so that they didn’t have to change schools. Chris has cited his wife’s career success as the reason he could pursue a low-paying political career.
